My Name Is Khan

 

Synopsis

My Name Is Khan is about the lonesome journey of an intelligent Muslim man, (diagnosed with the Asperger's syndrome) to meet the President of the United States of America, in order to deliver a message; ‘My Name Is Khan and I am not a terrorist’.

Rizvan Khan, a Muslim man from India, moves to San Francisco and lives with his brother and sister-in-law. Rizvan, who has Aspergers, falls in love with Mandira.
Despite protests from his family they get married and start a small business together. They are happy until September 11, 2001 when attitudes towards Muslims undergo a sea-change.
When tragedy strikes, Mandira is devastated and they split. Rizvan is confused and very upset that the love of his life has left him. To win her back, he embarks on a touching and inspiring journey across America.
'My Name is Khan' is the triumphant story of an unconventional hero overcoming obstacles to regain the love of his life.

Politic

When other has a lot of power they can influence other. After the September 11, Islam label as terrorist because of the attack. Power can change other perception.  When President US meet with Rizvan Khan’s and accept that Islam is not danger and terrorist, other people also will accept it. People can be bad when they have power. Rizvan Khan’s have been penalty by the police because he is Islam. Rizvan Khan’s have been prison in freezer as they think that he is terrorist. When in mosque Rizvan Khan’s have heard the talk of one of the people that he want to influence other people to think that President US is bad.

Economic

Economy decrease. After the September 11 attacks the economy decrease because of the building collapse and a lot of car crash and things broken. They have to use a lot of money to hire a lot of people to clean the place occurs.  Many people die, economy will decrease because human also as one of the resource to increase the economy as they have the strength, idea, creativity and so on. An economy in world also decreases. US as the main currency to other country so, when economy in US decrease other country’s economy will decrease too. Naturel disaster decreases the economy town.  It happens when the town that Rizvan Khan’s have visited has been flooded. Many people died, lack of food and a lot of diseases. Economy increase when people not shy to participate in business. Although Rizvan Khan’s have Asperger's syndrome he not shy to promote and sell the product to others.

Social

Islam accept other religion. Rizvan Khan’s married with Mandira as he is Islam and Mandira is hindu. They live in same house with different religion. Islam and other religion can be neighbors.  Rizvan Khan’s live with Christian neighbors  and live harmony. People can accept other with his specialty or uniqueness. Although Rizvan Khan’s have Asperger's syndrome people can accept him because he is clever, kind hearted, and clever. People can be so easily influenced by the media and news report. People trust the media although media given bad influence to other people. After the September 11 attacks, media unfounded reports lead to a perception about Islam is bad and evil  to nasty conclusions about a community or a race. It can change perception and opinions in a very influential behavior other people.  Other bad attitude effect other. After the September 11 attacks, all Islam people have been label danger and terrorist although they don’t do it because of one people do it. Media can change the perception. when the media have make the story about Rizvan Khan’s that he is Islam and help people in danger other people think that not all Islam is bad. People blame other when they get trouble. and Mandira blame Rizvan Khan’s because of Yuvaan Makaar’s death because Rizvan Khan’s is Islam.
